关于案例：
又是一个关于枪支禁令的案例。在美国，这个似乎是一个永无休止的问题。不算其他持枪抢劫案件，单单数一下这几年的校园枪杀案件好了，就可见枪支问题的严重性，但这阻止不了美国人对于枪的热情与感情。这个官司起因是一位商人赞助了一位民主党人，以便让枪支禁令得以继续有效。但是，这位民主党人没有如期愿，民主党人没有对废除禁令投反对票。所以，这次，真正的爱国者，真正的共和党人，Denny Crane出马了！
